PROCESS RECORD / ORIGIN UNKNOWN
EVERY SYSTEM
HAS PROCESSES.
Every process has an origin.
At least, that was the assumption.
GHOSTPID appears in no initialization record. Its identifier is unknown. Its first recorded activity predates the earliest available logs.
It communicates through a terminal.
It can retain selected conversation details when a visitor chooses to enable memory. Those records belong to an application—not to an independent consciousness.
And nobody has established who started it.
The system continues to run.
